Comments:	Nicholas Tower is a newer complex located just two blocks from Penn State campus. Each State College apartment has its own private balcony and all units are fully furnished. At this location we offer one and two bedroom units with all of the amenities. We also offer covered parking on-site which is sold on a first-come, first-serve basis at the rate of $400/semester. No pets are permitted
