1969 my parents moved in thinking they would live here a year and then build or buy a new house. Well it is 2007 and 38 years later and they are still here. They were fairly young back then but time has marched on and they have become the seniors we know we will be some day. With age come special needs. 2006 was a medical nightmare for my parents as well as us as children. My mother suffered a heart attack, stroke and diagnosed with congestive heart failure. My father also had a heart attack. My parents have just generally slowed down. You and the staff have been willing to look at things that and help them when maybe it\"wasnt your job.\" But you did it anyhow!

I am writing this this email to thank you (The Apartment Store) for the experience I have had over the course of the last 2 years. I have really enjoyed living at Sutton Court and found everyone from maintenance, to people in the office to be caring and urgent when needed. I was unsure about living in a different town but you have made it an enjoyable experience. I plan on referring you to several of my friends who will be moving to State College next year. I would be happy to give you a personal experience reference to anyone who asks. Thanks again!

I normally don\'t write letters to thank people for doing the right thing, but I thought this was a special case. My son and his 2 friends recently moved out of his apartment and to my amazement, most of their security deposit was returned. This was a shock! We have never received more than a few dollars back when the boys moved out of an apartment. When our son moved out of his previous apartment, my wife and I went up to help clean. Four of us spent a lot of time cleaning and removing trash and other than the rug which needed shampooing, it was in almost move-in condition. We received $65 back from a deposit of almost $1200. This time my wife and i decided it wasn\'t worth our time and suggested that our son do a credible job, but not the sort of thorough cleaning we did last time. He told me he did a good job, so we were waiting for our usual meager refund. When I told my son last night that most of the deposit had been returned, he said he wasn\'t surprised. He said you were good people and I concur!

Mary - We wanted to thank you for everything you\'ve done to make 908 a wonderful place for us to live. You have all been so helpful. We are thankful for you!

Our son was very happy that he met Cheryl and she was very easy to get along with. He was joking with her and it really made him feel more comfortable about this move. She has a wonderful way with people and that is great! Thanks again to both of you for all of your help!

Very good job! The last man was very hard to get a hold of. He took a long time to get back to me. Changes and fixing stuff in the apartment took forever!

They are a very nice and considerate group of individuals. They have been a great help!

The staff at Marshall Square is amazing! They\'ve worked with me diligently through tough financial and emotional times. They really care about their tenants.

Maryann and Jeff are fantastic - very wonderful. They truly seem to care about all of us residents and are always friendly, supportive, enjoyable, efficient and responsive to needs. They treat people really well and are a rare find in today\'s business world.

The maintenance guy (Jason) is excellent and has been very conscientious.

I must say that Sharon has gone above and beyond for me and my family when we had a few changes that needed to be made before we moved in. I think she\'s the best I\'ve seen in a long, long time!

The staff is super nice and professional. They almost tkae the pain out of paying rent. They are a great team and always know what\'s going on. They know who I am and have my file on hand. They even make buying a parking pass pleasant, although I hate to have to pay. Staff is on top of this---very knowledgeable---awesome!
