IMPORTANT INFORMATION

To protect your security deposit, we ask that everyone complete a damage inspection upon moving into your new apartment. You will not be charged for any pre-existing damage to your apartment; however, we MUST have a completed damage checklist on file to exempt you from these charges at move-out. Please work with all roommates in your apartment and submit 1 CHECKLIST PER APARTMENT. For your benefit, be as specific as possible and include photos as necessary. Submit the completed online checklist within 5 DAYS. After completion, you will receive a confirmation email for your records. The checklist will be reviewed for items needing repair and then kept in your file for the duration of your lease. When you move out, your checklist will be compared with your move-out inspection. Please DO NOT mark any cleaning issues on the move-in checklist as it is intended for damages only. If you have any cleaning concerns, please direct them to the leasing office within 24 hours.
