MOVE-OUT INFORMATION

Nittany Pointe will not be offering any in-person inspections or FaceTime inspections. We will video record them if necessary.

We will be doing a scattered move out on May 11th.

Here is the schedule:

Last names beginning with

A-J Arrive at 8 AM
K-S Arrive at 11 AM
S- Z Arrive at 2 PM

We’d like each group to take only three hours and abide by any social distancing guidelines still in place as best they can.

The Surrender of Possession forms are available above and in front of the clubhouse with envelopes. Surrender forms and keys can be placed inside the envelope and left in the Black Drop Box next to the clubhouse to limit in person interactions.

Summer Storage is $200.00 to resident guests returning to the same apartment and bedroom in the fall. To qualify, you must sign an agreement to accept your unit as-is in the Fall.
