Altoona Apartment Move Out Information

The Surrender of Possession forms are available above and in front of the clubhouse with envelopes. Surrender forms and keys can be placed inside the envelope and left in the Black Drop Box next to the clubhouse.

Summer Storage is $200.00 for resident guests returning to the same apartment and bedroom in the fall. To qualify, you must sign an agreement to accept your unit as-is in the Fall.
