- Use the form below to submit up to 3 referrals. Complete the form as many times as you would like. Each qualified referral is worth one entry in the contest. All submissions must be received by 11:59PM EST on November 22, 2019.
- The Apartment Store leasing team will contact each referral personally to offer assistance with their housing search.
- Referrals must be qualified to lease with The Apartment Store and searching for housing. Some restrictions may apply.
- No purchase necessary.
- In accordance with U.S. tax law, The Apartment Store may be required to send to you and file with the IRS a Form 1099-MISC (Miscellaneous Income) for the year in which a reward is issued to you. The valuation of redemptions for Form 1099-MISC tax reporting purposes will be at The Apartment Store’s sole discretion. You are solely responsible for any personal tax liability arising out of the redemption of awards.
