COVID-19 UPDATE

In light of Governor Wolf's plan for re-opening Pennsylvania, we are pleased to announce that our leasing offices are now open. As we proceed with in-person services, we will be taking extra precautions to keep everyone healthy and safe and ask that you join us in our efforts. Please take note of the following guidelines:

• Our offices will be professionally cleaned on a regular basis according to Covid-19 sanitizing protocol.
• All team members and guests will be required to wear face masks at all times while in our offices.
• All persons in our offices will be required to maintain a safe social distance of 6 feet. Upon entering our office, you will notice markers on the floor to help you keep a safe distance. Please refrain from all physical contact and follow other directional signage as necessary.
• Hand sanitizer will be available in all offices. Please continue to follow the CDC guidelines with frequent hand washing and not touching your face.
• Each office will have a maximum number of persons permitted inside the leasing office at one time. This includes team members and guests and will vary based on square footage. Our team members will help monitor this number upon entrance.
• While we are available for in-person services, please continue to use our virtual resources whenever possible. This includes rent payments, lease execution, and apartment tours. Please continue to text, call or email us for prompt assistance.

Lastly, if you are sick or have symptoms of Covid-19, please stay home. Together, we can stay safe and work toward a healthy future. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
